Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be added to each order as indicated below. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise specified.
Your package will ship usually within 1-3 business days of placing your order. For large orders on handmade products, please allow 1 to 2 extra days for mailing.
Shipping charges are $5.95 for any size order. Heavy items may incur additional charges.
At this time we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to any location outside the US including Puerto Rico and Guam.
Return Policy
We will accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your order for store credit. Items must be in original condition as received, temporarily strung and/or unopened packages.
A return authorization code is required prior to you returning merchandise. Store credit will not be given on returns without an authorization code. Please contact us to request an authorization code and state reason for returning items. A full refund will be given if we made an error in shipping the wrong product or misrepresentation of product. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all other returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Forms of Payment
We accept payment thru Paypal or by credit card. We use Paypal as our credit card processor. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card to make a purchase. When you click on "Confirm order", you will be taken to Paypal's payment page. Click on "Don't have a Paypal Account" underneath the login area and you'll be taken to a page to enter your credit card info for payment. This will not open a Paypal account, it will only process your payment thru your credit card provider.
We can also accept credit card payments thru Google Checkout by invoicing you directly. After you have created an account and finished adding all you want to purchase into your shopping cart, use our contact form to let us know that you would prefer to pay thru Google Checkout. We will send you an invoice from which to pay.
Out of Stock Items
We do our best to ensure all items available for purchase online are currently in stock.
In the chance our web pages do not reflect our current stock availability and you order an item which is out of stock, you will not be billed for it and your order will be cancelled and we will notify you.
